Why Hire a Certified Master Inspector

Be Confident In Your Property Transaction

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing.

Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.

This, I promise you.

We are your UNBIASED advocate in "helping" you with your home purchase.  However we may suggest you seek the advice from additional specialty contractors. We encourage you to consult with and ask questions until you are comfortable with YOUR purchase decision. Favorite Clients

How it all Started

How it all Started

I love working with all my clients but First Time home buyers are my favorite. (especially young families)

I take as much time as needed with my clients during the verbal overview at the end of my inspections as well as offering No Charge follow up(s), Estimate Reviews and act as a "GO-TO" resource for my clients home ownership needs in finding contractors.

How it all Started

How it all Started

How it all Started

From a young age living on a small farm in Talent, I was always taught respect and a attitude of getting stuff done no matter what. With my "Do-It-All" dad himself, I was a constant shadow becoming a Jack of all trades, learning skills that would help me get through life. I have always enjoyed being self employed and standing on my own accomplishments and making a living for my family with my hands and intellect.

So Why Hire Me?

How it all Started

So Why Hire Me?

As a Master Inspector I now have over 3800 FEE PAID home Inspections under my belt.  I have been a Contractor in the restoration and property preservation section of the construction industry since 1985 ( over 30 years ). This has given me a unique perspective in ALL ASPECTS of building construction and sciences.  Some inspectors are just "book smart" but lack the Experience, Hands on, and technical knowledge to really do you a good job. Also, I am constantly learning about the new building systems and innovating  and utilizing equipment such as the K-Bot, Thermography (IR) Cameras, Smart Leveler - Digital Foundation Level, Aerial Drones and Camera Poles as well as Sewer Scope Cameras to do the best job possible for YOU my client.
